Premium Super Fine Rusk - 2.5kg (enough for 25kg batch of sausages)

Our brand new super fine rusk is much smaller than our pinhead rusk, as it says in the name, this rusk is super fine and almost powder like.

• This rusk has a very high water absorption and minimum shrinkage during cooking.
  
• You can add as high as 2kg of water per 1kg of rusk as the yield is very high.
  
• This rusk will give your burgers/sausages a super light texture and absorb any liquids, creating an amazing texture.
  
• We use this rusk in our doner kebab mix as it creates a softer, lighter texture when mixed with meat.
  
• As it is so fine, this rusk minimises air content making for a well-mixed, flavoursome sausage/burger!
