Description
Gluten Free version of this traditional kebab mix with mixed herbs and spices - goes great with lamb.
Supplied as standard in 250g pack.
Method
- Add 100g of mix to 1kg of mince meat
- Add 40 - 80ml of cold water (alter to preference)
- Mix till combined
- Shape to desired size of burger/kebab
For a larger mix
- add 100g of seasoning per kg
This pack will make a total of 2.5kg.
