Organic Beef & Pepper Sausage Spice Mix 100g (1kg batch) GLUTEN FREE

A classic beef seasoning with a hint of sea salt and black pepper - gluten free.

Method:

• Add 100g pack to around 860g minced meat.
• Add 40ml cold water and mix thouroughly.
• Mix or re-mince ingredients till combined.
• Fill into natural or collagen casings.

For best results:

• The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the sausage.
• Leave sausages in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with meat.
• Add a little vegetable oil to your hands to give your sausages a professional sheen and to handle them more easily.
• Suitable for freezing.
• Ensure you mix is soft and don't overfill your casings as the mixture will expand.
