Description
A combination of spices, garlic and herbs to add the perfect taste to your kielbasa sausage, a traditional Polish favourite.
Supplied as standard in 250g pack.
Method
- Add Around 25g of seasoning to 950g of mince meat
- Add 15g of cold water
- Mix till combined

For a larger mix
- add 25-30g of seasoning per kg
- add 100g of rusk per kg
This pack will make a total of 10kg.
