This Premium mix with its blend of Horseradish and Caramelised Onion packs a peppery flavour with sweet Caramelised onions.

Supplied as standard in 500g pack.

Method

• Add the 500g complete mix to 4kg of mince meat
• Add 500g of cold water
• Mix till combined
