Bratwurst Sausage Seasoning - 185g (makes a 5.25kg Batch)

A traditional German sausage packed with pepper, ginger, nutmeg, coriander and parsley. Serve with hot mustard and sauerkraut for true German treat.

Supplied as standard in 250g pack. 

Method

• Add Around 37g of seasoning to 1kg of mince meat
  
• Add 180g-200g of Rusk ( alter to preference )
  
• Add 200g-300g of cold water
  
• Mix till combined

For a larger mix  

• add 37g of seasoning per kg
• add 300g of rusk per kg

This pack will make a total of 10.5kg.
