 Method

  •          Add the 500g complete mix to 3.8kg of mince meat
  •          Add 700g of cold water
  •          Mix till combined
  •          Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings

This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.

Each 500g pack will make a total of 5kg.
