Katsu Burger Seasoning - 250g

A spicy curry burger seasoning containing a blend of paprika, onion and tomato.

Supplied as standard in 250g pack. 

Method

• Add Around 25g of seasoning to 1kg of mince meat
  
• Add 50g of Rusk
  
• Add 40ml of cold water
  
• Mix till combined
• Shape to desired size of burger

For a larger mix  

• add 25g of seasoning per kg
• add 50g of rusk per kg

This pack will make a total of 10kg.
