Firecracker Meatball Mix (Gluten Free)

A spicy gluten free meatball mix, loaded with chilli heat and a light lemon lift.

Method

• Add 100g pack to 780g of mince meat
• Add 120ml of cold water ( alter to desired consistency) 
  
• Mix till combined
  
• Shape to desired size of meatball
  

Additional Tips

• The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the meatball.
  
• Leave meatball in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat
  
• Dont forget to use Tongmaster meatball trays to store your meatballs that allow your meatballs to hold their shape.
