Dukkah Spice Mix

A nut-free middle eastern blend of spices - often used as a dip.

• Traditionally served as a dip with pitta bread and olive oil.
• Sprinkle over dishes such as tagines and casseroles to add a pinch of flavour.
• Dukkah usually contains nuts such as hazelnuts or almonds, but to keep ours nut free we use chickpeas!
• Use as a crust for meats such as lamb or fish!
• Add a crunchy topping to anything from soups to salads.
• Try sprinkling over veg before roasting.
