A pale red/orange coloured with visible flecks of black pepper and a distinct spicy aroma and flavour.

Supplied as standard in 250g pack.

Method

•          Add the 250g complete mix to 2kg of mince meat
  
•          Add 250g of cold water
  
•          Mix till combined
  
•          Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
  

This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.

This pack will make a total of 2.5kg.
