Description

A premium blend of various spices and an intense steak flavour, perfect for making the traditional Scottish square sausage.


 

 Method

 - Add the 500g complete mix to 4kg of mince meat

 - Add 500g of cold water

 -  Mix till combined

 -  Shape into tin and chill overnight

 

This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.

Each 500g pack will make a total of 5kg.
