An authentic Mexican taste with notes of cumin and smoked paprika.

•          Add 500g mince and 1 finely chopped onion to a pan and stir until cooked.
  
•          Add Tongmaster chilli con carne spice blend and stir well, cook for a further 2 mins.
  
•          Add 450ml beef stock and 400g chopped tomatoes, stir thoroughly.
  
•          Lastly, add 400g red kidney beans anmd 3tbsp tomato puree.
  
•          Cover and simmer for 45 mins, until thick.
  
•          Serve with rice.
