Ground Cassia Powder - 50g

Cassia has a very similar flavour to cinnamon, with a slightly stronger and less sweet flavour.

• Use in the same way you would cinnamon, for a stronger, punchier flavour.
• Add to bakes goods such as sweets, cakes and biscuits.
• Add a pinch to herbal teas, milk or hot chocolate.
• Add to spice blends for curries, soups and marinades to add a spicy warmth.
• Mix 1tsp with butter before spreading on toast, crumpets or scones.
