Ancho Chilli Flakes

A medium heat chilli with a smoky, spicy taste.

• These black/brown coloured chillies are dried and crushed into chilli flakes.
• These are around 1,000 - 1,500 on the scoville scale.
• Use in Mexican dishes such as chilli, fajitas or enchiladas for a smoky authentic taste.
• Use to add a kick to salsas or sauces, or sprinkle into guacamole,
• Add to sweet chocolate based dishes to add a unique flavour.
