Hailing from America, the turkey brining trend is not to be skipped, this contains a mix packed with salt, herbs & spices to make the perfect wet brine solution along with a strong bag & tie to retain flavour & moisture while your turkey rests overnight in the fridge.
Kit contains:
- 1 x 400g turkey brine mix.
- 1 x robust brining bag.
- 1 x zip tie
- 2 x FREE poultry pop up timers.
- Simply combine the brine mix with water, add your turkey & the solution to a bag, seal, and place in a large dish in the fridge - preferably overnight.
- Drain and rinse thoroughly before cooking.
