Rogan Josh Masala Powder - 1kg

A Rogan Josh is a medium curry dish often made using lamb, this masala powder makes it easy to achieve the authentic flavours at home!

Lamb Rogan Josh Recipe:

Ingredients:

• 600g lamb neck fillet, cut into bitesize chunks
• 50g rogan josh masala 
• 2 tbsp tomato puree
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 large onion
• 100ml plain yoghurt

1. Heat oil in a pan, add the onions and cook until soft and caramelised, add the garlic, masala powder and tomato puree and cook for a further 2 minutes.
2. Add the lamb and fry for 4-5 minutes until browned on each side, add 400ml water and simmer for 50-60 minutes or until the meat is tender.
3. Stir in the yoghurt and cook for a further 10 minutes, serve piping hot.
