• Excellent in Italian dishes such as pizza and pasta, as well as sausages, burgers & much more!
  
• Ideal for adding dry to dishes with sufficient liquid or for rehydrating by soaking in water.
  
• If not used immediately after rehydrating they can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
