Chilli & Lemon Seasoning

A tangy zesty blend with a kick of chilli

• Run your chosen meat/veg under water until moist.
• Add 40-50g per kg, rub in until fully coated - use more if necessary - a little goes a long way!
• Cook to your preference, we recommend oven roasting & BBQ'ing.
• This seasoning goes great with chicken, ribs, halloumi & tofu.
• This can also be used as an addition to sauces, soups & marinades.
