10 x pack of 24 heat sealing, transparent jam jar covers, waxed discs, rubber securing bands and blank labels is ideal for sealing preserving jars to maximum capacity of 424g (1lb).

Care & Use
- Ensure jar surface is dry and grease free.
- Filled warmed jars to the brim with hot jam.
- Immediately insert waxed circles with waxed surface in close contact with the jam while it is still hot.
- Covers should be put on when jam is either hot or cold, but never when it is tepid as this can cause mould growth.
- Wipe rim. Moisten one side of the transparent cover. Place in position on the jar, damp side up.
- Secure with a rubber band. As the cover dries, it will contract to give a tight seal.
