Traditional Fruit Pudding Mix - 750g (With 2 Free Casings)

A complete fruit pudding mix loaded with pimento, cinnamon and ginger.

Ingredients

• Fruit pudding mix – 750g

• Currants – 200g

• Sultanas – 90g

• Mixed peel – 10g

• Beef suet – 250g

• Water – 500g

(Makes a 1800g batch)

Method

• Mix pudding mix with minced beef suet.

• Add currants, sultanas and mixed peel – mix thoroughly.

• Slowly add water and mix until a sticky consistency.

• Loosely fill into casings or muslin to allow for expansion.

• Steam or boil for 50-60 mins and allow to cool before slicing.
