Boerewors Sausage

A traditional South African sausage loaded with pimento, coriander, garlic and herbs.

Supplied as standard in 250g pack. 

Method

• Add Around 25g of seasoning to 1g of mince meat
  
• Balsamic Vinegar 24g ( Optional )
• Add 24g of cold water
  
• Mix till combined
• Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings see link https://www.tongmaster.co.uk/sausage-casings-skins/home-user-pack

For a larger mix  

• add 25-30g of seasoning per kg

This pack will make a total of 10kg.
