Jamaican Jerk Chicken Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1kg chicken thighs
  • 50g Jamaican jerk seasoning 
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 100ml soy sauce
Method:

  • In a blender, add the seasoning, onion, garlic, oil and soy sauce, blend until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, add the chicken & the blended mixture, mix well until fully coated, marinade for at least 2 hours.
  • Cook as preferred until piping hot, brush on extra marinade whilst cooking to make it extra flavourful.
  • Oven, Grill, BBQ & pan frying all work great.
