Paella Seasoning - 100g

Packed with herbs & spices to create an authentic tasting paella dish.

Ingredients

• 300g paella rice 
• 400g frozen seafood
• 30g paella seasoning 
• 1 onion - chopped
• 900ml chicken stock
• 400ml chopped tomatoes

1. Heat oil in a pan and cook the onion until soft, add the seasoning and cook for a further 2 minutes.
2. Add the rice, stock and tomatoes and cook uncovered for 15 minutes - stirring occasionally - until almost tender.
3. Stir in the seafood and cover with a lid, cook for 5 minutes until cooked through and the rice is tender.
4. Top with some fresh lemon juice & serve hot.

• Substitute the seafood for another meat or alternative - adjust cooking times or pre cook!
• Try using vegetables such as peppers, peas or fresh tomatoes.
