Cajun Seasoning

This spice blend originating from the deep south of the USA gives a punchy flavour of paprika, basil and black pepper.

• Simply add to chicken, beef or vegetables whilst cooking in a pan with a low calorie cooking spray.
  
• Use as a rub for steaks, fish or chicken breasts.
• Sprinkle over wedges or chips for a taste of Louisiana.
• Mix into salad dressings or low fat yoghurt to make marinades, dips or toppings.
• Add to passata, cream and/or yoghurt to make a delicious cajun pasta sauce.
