A hot & spicy version of our original recipe southern fried chicken, with added spices for a kick of heat and visible red pepper flakes.
Just coat and cook – no need to dip in egg!
Method
- Dampen portions of chicken and drain
- Tumble in breading mix to ensure an even coating.
- Store for a minimum of three hours in the fridge before
cooking. This will assist in the adhesion and penetration of the flavour.
- For best results - Cook in hot oil.
