Description
A complete fruit pudding mix loaded with pimento, cinnamon and ginger.
Ingredients
• Fruit pudding mix – 500g
• Currants – 135g
• Sultanas – 55g
• Mixed peel – 9g
• Beef suet – 165g
• Water – 336g
(Makes a 1200g batch)
Method
• Mix pudding mix with minced beef suet.
• Add currants, sultanas and mixed peel – mix thoroughly.
• Slowly add water and mix until a sticky consistency.
• Loosely fill into casings or muslin to allow for expansion.
• Steam or boil for 50-60 mins and allow to cool before slicing.
Supplied in a 500g pack (1200g batch) with 1 x clear pudding casing.
