So simple to use!

• Add 500g mix to 9kg minced meat or alternative.
• Gradually add 500ml cold water - use less or more if needed to achieve your desired consistency.
• Mix well & shape into patties by hand or use a burger press.
• Cook as preferred. We recommend grilling, BBQ, pan frying or using an air fryer.
• Full recipe on pack.

• For enhanced flavour, leave the burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinate with the meat.
• The colder the mixture, the better the appearance of the burgers
• If storing or freezing, use burger discs to keep the patties separated
