Description
This multi award winning Complete Vegetarian haggis mix contains, oatmeal, onions and spices to make the perfect vegetarian haggis.
This recipe can also be made with fruit and nuts.

Ingredients:
- Haggis mix - 1.135kg
- Vegetable oil - 650g
- Hot water - 1115g
- Diced onion - 450g
- Diced turnip - 170g
- Chopped leeks - 170g
- Diced carrots - 170g
- Peas - 170g
Method
- Dissolve the vegetable stock in boiling water.
- Mix all other ingredients together.
- Fill into artificial haggis bungs.
- Steam cook for 90 minutes, and serve piping hot with neeps and tatties.
