A tasty dry seasoning ideal for coating rotisserie chickens, the same dry rub seasoning that four out of the six top supermarket chains use on their chicken, pork ribs and sausages before going in the rotisserie.
Apply to moist meat of your choice 1 hour before cooking for a traditional roasted flavour and colour.
Use 40-50g of seasoning per 1kg meat
Or for penetration of flavour place a small amount of seasoning inside your chicken to enhance the flavour upon cooking.
