- Garlic granules are an essential in your kitchen, adds
great flavour to any dish without the hassle of preparing garlic yourself - and
doesn't spoil!
- Ideal for adding to dishes containing excess liquid like
sauces, soups, stews - the garlic will rehydrate during cooking and provide a
wonderful flavour
- To rehydrate - soak in warm water for at least 15 minutes
and use as you would fresh
- A little goes a long way, use 1/8 tsp to replace 1 fresh
clove of garlic.
Supplied in a 600g catering shaker jar for easy storage and application.
