Description

This batter mix is ideal for coating fish, chips & more giving that traditional orange colour.

Method

  • Mix 250g of batter mix with 300ml of water and allow to stand for at least one hour before use.
  • Dip Fish in batter and deep fry for 5 minutes at 176°C/350°F
  • Once cooked place on paper towel to remove excess oil.
