Kentucky Southern Fried Chicken - 500g

Tastes like the original southern fried chicken recipe mixed with a range of spices.

Just coat and cook – no need to dip in egg!

Method

• ·         Dampen portions of chicken and drain
  
• ·         Tumble in breading mix to ensure an even coating.
  
• ·         Store for a minimum of three hours in the fridge before cooking. This will assist in the adhesion and penetration of the flavour.
  
• ·         For best results - Cook in hot oil.
