Cajun Crispy Fried Chicken Coating (Gluten Free)

Method:

•          Dampen portions of chicken with water.
  
•          Drain and tumble in chicken breading mix to ensure an even coating.
  
•          Store for a minimum of 3 hours in a refrigerator before cooking, this will assist adhesion and penetration of the flavour.
  
•          For best results fry in hot oil.
