Method:
- Dampen portions of chicken with water.
- Drain and tumble in chicken breading mix to ensure an even
coating.
- Store for a minimum of 3 hours in a refrigerator before
cooking, this will assist adhesion and penetration of the flavour.
- For best results fry in hot oil.
